Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During periods of high order volume, promotions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Bloomira Wellness offers standard and expedited shipping options where available.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, supply chain disruptions, or operational issues outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Bloomira Wellness is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Bloomira Wellness is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Customers should also contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of any damaged products or packaging.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select countries.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

Bloomira Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Shipping Restrictions

Returned Shipments

Packages returned to Bloomira Wellness due to failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or unclaimed shipments may be subject to restocking fees and additional shipping charges.
